Shipping Policy
SRI RAHUL WOODCRAFT ("we" and "us") operates the website srirahulwoodcraft.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies help ensure clarity, mutual understanding, and protection for both you (the customer) and our business.
1. General
All products are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory counts, there may occasionally be discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the out-of-stock products. You may choose to await restocking or request a refund for those items.
Please note: Since our products are handcrafted wooden idols and decor items, certain pieces may be made-to-order, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. This cost is collected at the time of purchase and is final.
3. Dispatch Time
All in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Our dispatch center operates Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). We aim to minimize delays as much as possible.
Note: For Made-to-Order or Pre-Order items, dispatch may take between 7 to 28 business days, as mentioned on the respective product pages.
4. Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change in your delivery address any time before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team promptly for any address modifications.
5. P.O. Box Shipping
We do ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services only. Courier deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes.
6. Military Address Shipping
Military addresses can be served via India Post or equivalent international postal services where applicable. Courier services are not available to these addresses.
7. Items Out of Stock
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will hold your order until restocking is complete. You’ll be contacted with options to wait, substitute, or receive a partial refund.
8. Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery has exceeded the estimated time, please reach out to us. We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status of your package.
10. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered post-delivery, send us photos and details promptly so we can assist you.
11. Duties & Taxes
11.1 Sales Tax
Applicable taxes are included in product prices displayed on the website.
11.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
If duties are refused and the package is returned, you will be refunded the product amount minus shipping and return charges.
12. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before dispatch. For cancellations after dispatch, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
13. Insurance
- 13.1 Damaged Parcels: We initiate a refund or replacement once the courier’s damage claim is verified.
- 13.2 Lost Parcels: In the rare case of lost shipments, refunds or replacements are issued after courier confirmation.
14. Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders
Some items are handcrafted after receiving the order. These are marked as Made-to-Order or Pre-Order on the product page. Estimated delivery time: 7–28 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
