No Returns After Purchase
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been purchased. Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a replacement or refund, you must provide the following:
- An unboxing video or opening images
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
Wrong Product Delivered
If the item you receive is not the product you ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. We will ensure that the correct product is shipped to you at no extra cost.
Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges for items of equal value within 7 days of delivery. Please note:
- Exchange shipping costs (both return and reshipping) must be paid by the customer
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and properly packed
All exchange requests must be approved by our team before return shipment.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be returned in original packaging with all labels, tags, and documentation
- Be packed securely to avoid transit damage
We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees for exchanges or any approved returns are the responsibility of the customer. This includes the cost of returning the item and receiving the new one.
